Returns Policy
We hope you are pleased with your Luxe Pearls purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you are able to return your items within 14 days of delivery.
Please make sure you always check your items upon receipt before use. If there are any errors or issues, please let us know immediately so that we can investigate.
Please return the item in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with the original order number enclosed. Please provide adequate packaging to protect the item during the postage. We recommend sending return items via tracked services to make sure we will get it.
Please email us on contact@luxepearls.co.uk to confirm the return detail and to issue the refund.
We cannot accept returns in some circumstance including:
- If your item has been worn or protective packaging has been removed.
- If the items are a bespoke order or personalised items.
- We are also not able to accept returns on earrings or other pierced items due to hygiene reasons
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once we receive and accept your returned items, a refund will be credited back to you via the original payment method.
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service.
